Kintbury 5 mile run

Kintbury Tennis Club organises an annual five mile run around Kintbury. This year's event (2010) took place on June 6th and roughly 180 people took part. The results are available from the results page.

Entrants always range from highly competitive to people who just use the event as an excuse to see the village from a different perspective.

We also have junior races over 400m and 800m, which take place at 10am before the main event gets underway at 10.30am. There's a small fee to take part, and some of this fee goes to the Ollie Johnson Memorial Fund, which provides equipment and training assistance to athletes from Newbury Athletic Club.

For more details contact Dave Wright on 01488 657133. When details for 2011 are available, you will be able to download an entry form in word format from this page.
